The Business Help Hotline provides fast and pragmatic advice on your current business challenges. Whether you have questions about strategy, organization or growth, we can help you gain clarity and define concrete first steps.
You get a customized 60-minute business session for strategic business decisions, portfolio or website review, positioning, pricing and negotiation, client relations, social media advice, or community building.

If you’re feeling stuck in your business, need a second opinion, or just want a sparring partner, the Hotline is perfect for you. We provide inspiration, structure, and concrete action steps to help move your business forward.

Our goal is to provide real value. If you feel that the session didn’t help you, please contact us. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s further consultation or a refund.

Yes, you can book as many sessions as you need. We recommend follow-up sessions for ongoing support and deeper insights.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your session with 24 hours notice. At the moment it is not possible to cancel your session and get a refund.

We do not currently offer free consultations, but you can explore our content and resources to see if our approach is right for you.

Yes, we do! We offer ongoing consulting services for clients who need ongoing support with business development, strategy, social media strategy and community building. Stay tuned as we continue to expand our services.
Monthly Packages FAQ

The only difference between the packages is the number of hours available to you each month. The more hours, the more support you receive. All plans offer the same benefits and flexibility in how you use your hours.

Yes, all hours are flexible. There are no restrictions and you can allocate hours to different tasks as needed.

Unused hours can be carried over for up to 2 months after the package ends. They don't expire immediately, and you have a grace period to use them.

Yes, upgrades can be made at any time and hours will be combined. Downgrades are only possible at the end of the month.

Each plan requires a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure continued support and growth.

We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. If you’d like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us to arrange the details.

If you need more hours than are included in your package, you’ll need to upgrade to the next higher package. Your hours will be calculated accordingly.

Each client receives a link to their hours account, which is updated daily, so you can always keep track of your remaining hours.

After booking, we’ll have a 1-hour onboarding call to clarify goals and workflows. We are available via email between 9am and 7pm CEST and there is a monthly check-in call, neither of which are deducted from your package hours.

Deadlines are set with you. We don’t use specific project management tools, but we will work closely with you to define and prioritize your tasks.

We communicate primarily via email, but we’re also available for phone calls and check-ins as needed.

The team is assembled based on the task at hand. You’ll have access to different experts depending on the type of support you need.

No, early cancellation is not possible. Cancellations are only allowed at the end of the month, except within the first 3 months of the minimum commitment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to pause your package. If you need less support, we recommend that you discuss this with us so that we can adjust accordingly.

There is no additional charge for urgent requests, and we’re always available between 9 AM and 7 PM CEST. We’ll get your urgent issues resolved as quickly as possible.
